Crew In-flight Behavior.... the good and the bad.
I was just wondering what some of the most notable /crew "incidents"...good or bad.... you may have witnessed. Especially that which prompted you to write the airline.
For me it was FA who on a red-eye spent a good part of her time polishing her nails in the FC galley area....the smell of the nail polish was overwhelming. Several passengers complained.

Having been addicted to the cookies that ATA used to serve at breakfast time, I was prompted to write a kudo about an FA about the following incident: We were on an evening flight, seated across from the jump seat, and I happened to mention how I missed those when I flew at night. At the end of the flight, he presented me with a barf bag filled with those yummy cookies! I nursed that stash for several weeks....mmmmm!

AC JFK-YVR early morning of Dec 25 05. 1 hour delay. Ground fog. Plane (A319) is shutting down on a taxiway. Seat belt sign goes out so my wife goes to the rear lav. The baby changing shelf is down and there's a tray of cups filled with juice on it. FA not happy when my wife wants him to move it.
Yuck...

Unfortunately, a lot of cabin crew members view flight time as "me" time since a chunk of their cabin service duties have been done away with. They may not have to serve a meal or drinks any more, but that doesn't mean they can't help keep up the appearence of the cabin (i.e. that one comment about a cup in the lav.) Now, had there been an emergency, what would have happened to those wet fingers nails of the FA in the first thread?
