Need some help/advice with trip changing

I've got a nice vacation lined up. Transatlantic up front, LCCs around Europe, and award stays around Europe. Current schedule has us leaving on Good Friday. Plans began last summer.

Now, with the job situation, I might have to postpone it.

1. The hotels are all award stays, Hilton and Marriott. Since I'm a Hilton Diamond and a Marriott Platinum, I should be able to re-schedule these things without too much trouble. Possible exception is the Hilton stays -- for one of them, I was using 3/5/7 certs from last year, and they expire in September. I know I can't get them re-issued, but I wonder if I can work a swap with someone -- I'll pay for his nights, he pays for mine or something like that.

2. The TA flight is on US. I bought "B" tickets and upgraded with miles, since I have no status with them. Assuming there's availability, anyone have any idea what the change fees would be? Same dest/arr city pairs.

3. The LCC's booked so far are with Easyjet. I assume that if I change I'll just have to write off what I've already paid. Is this a correct assumption or do they have any provision for changing?

So far, I haven't touched any of the reservations, since we still might go as scheduled. However, delay is a real possibility and, if we do, I'd like to get started on it as soon as possible.

Thanks.

No, you should be able to change. From their website:-
We also offer you flexibility on all our fares, unlike many other airlines. For an administrative fee per leg of the journey, plus any difference in fare, you can change your flight.
