getting to marsh harbour, bahamas
Is there any way to fly to Marsh Harbour, Bahamas (MHH) on a jet anymore? We flew jet service a couple of years ago but it seems to have disappeared. Any recommendations for routes/airlines from DC to be on as big an airplane as possible?

I believe American Eagle's 60-something seat Turbo-prop is as good
as it gets right now.
Unless you have the coin to go for a charter jet, in which case I'd be happy to offer my services as your Bahamas tour guide.

Greetings from Abaco,
There are no jets serving the island (private only)
ATR-72 on AAEagle from MIA comes in once a day
Dash 8 on Bahamasair from FLL and PBI
http://www.drralph.net/AirlineReviews.html is a good webpage for reviews of airlines serving the island

Also Gulfstream Airlines serves MHH with B1900Ds or EMB-120s via FLL. In FLL they operate and Continental Connection and are handled above wing by CO. www.gulftstreamair.com
