Has Expedia Got It Wrong?

Hi All,

In April, I will be travelling to the Philippines with Malaysia Airlines via Kuala Lumpur. I expected to be in transit at KLIA (since this is Malaysia Airlines' main hub) but I received an e-mail from Expedia today stating that my stopover will be in Kuala Lumpur Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (SAAS). However, I looked up on Malaysia Airlines website and it told me that all flights at SAAS has been integrated within KLIA:

Come 1st July 2002, Malaysia Airlines commercial flight operations in Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (SAAS), Subang will be integrated with its operations at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), consistent with the Malaysian Government's recent decision to confine SAAS for propeller aircraft flight operations.
Malaysia Airlines' will operate its last commercial flight out of SAAS on 30 June 2002, MH1984 to Kota Bahru at 8.30 p.m whilst its last arrival into the airport on that day will be MH1973 from Kuala Trengganu at 9.35 p.m.
Please could someone clear this up? I'm confused whether or not I'll be flying into KLIA. Thanks in advance!

I'm sure they are incorrect, but you may want to call your local travel provider to make sure, or contact the airline.

Bon voyage!

I've just been reading some other forums and some have said that Kuala Lumpur Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (SAAS) has actually closed down. Is this true?
