frequentflyertickets website
Has anyone used or heard of [deleted by the moderator] I found it in an ad off another travel site and I checked it out. It appears that they use frequent flyer miles for your tickets. Their prices for business class were very good. Almost too good to be true?

If the offense is SPAM, why not get rid of the SPAM, else the OP's mission is still being accomplished whether he's banned or not...
With that said, isatraveler, I personally have never used that website and a quick search of FT doesn't list a single mention of it.

to the OP, perhaps your saving grace might be to go back and edit your post by removing the website.

isatraveler, welcome to FlyerTalk.
We don't condone sites that promote selling of miles, which goes against the FlyerTalk terms of service.
Thanks for posting anyhow.

Biggest risk: if you are buying someone's miles to fly across the world, and the airline catches on, for whatever reason, they could deny you boarding and require you to buy a full fare last minute ticket to board. You have no way to know if they are monitoring the account the miles may be coming from, and if an airline agent catches you off guard, you may very well give yourself away about the "great deal" you got on your ticket. There is suubstantial risk in buying miles that belong to someone you do not know, and the airlines do not need to honor these tickets if they suspect they were sold.
