Some Help from the Experts
Hello FlyerTalk!
I am inquiring your sage advice because well im anything but a travel expert, you see yesterday, the 9th December, I booked flights to Beijing for a University Club trip on Air France via flights4less.com a member of lastminute.com, however six tickets that were bought, well over 2 thousand pounds, over 4 thousand dollars worth of airfare, were mistakenly bought with the wrong departure date. Noticing this immediately after booking the airfare I am now trying to amend my booking, however I am going around in circles with the Airline and the Agency, do I have any rights or is there any course of action that I can take to get the booking amended, without losing an arm and a leg? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Did you sign a document or tick a box acknowledging that you understood the sale was final and the tickets are unchangeable and firmly nonrefundable?

I would just work my way up the customer service telephone ladder at the ticket seller ... fast as you can! Go from agent to supervisor to their supervisor. Stay calm, stay firm, be polite, don't be put off. You might be surprised to find out that you will get someone who is a human being.
I would also check with the credit card company to see if they will void the sale.
