TourEast.com waitlisting?
After looking at some good deals on www.toureast.com, I noticed that in that after going through the process, almost always, the segements were waitlisted. It says that they require 48 hours to clear the segments. KVS is showing 0 seats in the specified class. Does this mean that for the seats to clear, V class needs to open up? This is very unlikely since even the more expensive economy seats are showing as 0...Or do they have access to special inventory? Anyone have any experience?

It is best to call Toureast and verify with them directly. You can speak to Charmie and she might be able to help. Did you also verify on the AF site? Do you have status with AF? Usually if you do it gives you a better chance of clearing the waitlist. Good Luck.

No status with AF, but it will work to my advantage when AC / EK flights are being waitlisted

Waitlsit means all sold out, you have to try other airlines.
