What is the difference between services, amenities and cost in first class and business class seating?

Depends on carriers and routes. If you're asking about the US carriers there's not much difference between C/F services. Obviously there is a cost difference but it's all route specific. If you are flying on an Asian carrier (SQ/NH) there is a pretty big difference between C/F. Maybe you could provide us with more details and we can provide more answers.
