The Outram Hotel, Perth
Didn't know whether to post this in the Luxury Hotels forum or the Australia & the South Pacific Forum so if needs be, please move this where it belongs.
I have a weekend in Perth before going to work and came across the mention of this new "Small Luxury Hotel". Has anyone stayed there? If so, what was the experience? They mention restaurants nearby, but I'm not familiar with this part of town as I usually stay in East Perth. Any recommendations? I've stayed at the Burswood, Hyatt and Duxton but wanted to experience a hotel that's nice & small.
Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi
Never stayed in this hotel, but it is new and i have heard some pretty good things about it.
There are some really great restaurants nearby - Vill de Este is one that springs to mind and would be a 2 minute walk and well worth a visit.
There is also Subiaco nearby, maybe a 10 min walk or a 5 min can ride -full of pubs, clubs and restaurants
