Connection time in Montreal
Hello!
I recently made reservations to go skiing in Canada in early January. I'm a US citizen and will be flying via Air Canada from Boston to Vancouver, with a connection in Montreal (YUL). I'm 20 years old and while I've flown with my family many times in the past, I've only flown direct - never had to make a connection, and I'm a little bit nervous about the time frame in Montreal. I'll have exactly 1 hour between my arrival from Boston and my departure for Vancouver. Air canada says this is within the minimum connection time, but it doesn't seem like a lot of time to me! Because I am flying within canada I should only have to transfer my baggage, go through security and board my flight (I won't have to go through customs again, will I?)
Any thoughts on this will be very much appreciated, especially if you have ever flown through Montreal and can offer any insight. THANK YOU!

Not to worry... In Montreal (YUL) the connecting time from USA>Canada is 50 min. You are within that time frame... You will go through Canadian Customs upon arrival. Canadian Customs are very fast in YUL...
In the event of a delay and you miss your flight, AC will accomodate you on the next flight.
Enjoy your flight with Air Canada... voted best North American airline
