Need General Search Engine Advice....

I haven't been able to locate the answer and would appreciate your assistance. Since a few of the low cost carriers such as (Southwest, Jet Blue, Independence Air, etc...) cannot be found on the major search engines, I sometimes am frustrated when planning a trip. I know who covers the common routes that I travel but have no clue as to which low cost airline offers service in the unfamiliar routes.

Is there an "all inclusive" search engine that covers all airlines?

If not, is there a place on this board where I can ask who flies
from Tampa-Miami? I can easily search orbitz.com but it doesn't
list the low cost carriers.

Thanks

Anthony

OAGFlights has the LCCs. $200/year but no fare buckets, just schedules.

TPA-MIA is AA and Gulfstream dba Continental Connection.

Another place to look are airport's websites. Many of them will list cities with non-stop service and which airlines serve the route. For example here is the the one from FLL; however keep in mind that not all of these are always up to the minute.

Before www.itn.net was switched over to the travelocity format, I was able to book my Southwest flights in conjunction with another flight on a major carrier. Of course that's now gone. Still bitter about the fact that the format was changed.
