Squeaky Wheels On Rollaboard: Suggestions?

My Samsonite roller has stood the test of time and been a trusty travelling companion for the last 8 years. Lately, it has developed a squeaking wheel and I would like it to stop as its quite embarrasing that people can hear me before they see me!

I tried to access the wheel axel to apply oil but given the tight contruction of Samsonites, that area is pretty much out of bounds

Does anyone know a way to fix this?

WD-40 using one of those red tubes at the end of the nozzle? And get it in there as far as you can?

Spray some PAM or similar product. Just put tape or maybe even plastic wrap over the areas around that wheels that would otherwise also get PAM'ed.

Thanks for the info, I think I'll give the WD-40 a go first (since it seems the easiest solution) and see how it goes from there.
