Jetlag

I will be going to Hawaii on Monday and for the past few nights I have been going to bed at 1 AM (Pacific Time, 10 PM Hawaii time) and waking up at 9 AM or 10 AM(6 or 7 AM) Hawaii time. This holds true except tomorrow I will hit the sack earlier for a good 8 hour sleep to feel good for the flight or should I go to sleep tomorrow night at 1 AM and get up around 5? I think 8 hours is better and then to go to sleep at 9PM Hawaii time.

I have learned if you do this schedule it makes it eaiser is that true? Any more ideas? I have been exercising as well and eating healthy.

I will be in FC so I'm thinking to do a 90 minute nap on the plane after lunch to speed up the process.
