New Buisness Class Airline Based in LAS?

I seem to remember a start-up airline that will be All-Business Class, and based in LAS. This was due to begin some time in late '04 or early '05. Does anybody have details on this?

National Airlines.

(should be National 2 -- National 1 was the airline with the famous ad campaign, with the sexy young women saying "I'm Francis, fly me to Las Vegas")

Don't forget that SQ flew a 2-class 777 from Las/Hkg/Sin. Not sure that the route even lasted a year.
