Help
Hi guys I'm forced to take a trip to NYC from San Francisco!I think I can call it a mileage run as it wasn't planned before!I need a flight arriving the latest on monday morning in any NYC airport from any SF airport!I couldn't find anything for less then 490$ with a return on either tue or wed(can't really stay longer).I would prefer to fly one of the major airlines in order to get some miles.
Thanks

You might want to read the FAQs and other stickies at the top of this forum. You can do the leg work yourself on this fairly easily with that knowledge.

Mach81,
This does not really qualify as a mileage run since you are forced to do it on short notice. These two factors generally kill it as a mileage run. As the others have noted for doing runs, study the stickies. On this one the best deals I saw were slightly under $400. Mileage Runs also often use the red eyes to sive time and/or money. On this ticket, just take the best deal you can find. If you fly UA you can get LH miles. Plan on a mileage run for another trip.
