Statistics question
I have been looking around on the internet for hours trying to find some statistics, without great results. Could anyone help? Please?
Question: How many people and how many planes are in the air approximately in a 24 hour period?
Each airline says how many passengers they have carried in a given year, but there are so many that adding up would take quite some time.
Thank you for your help.
