bay to breakers logistics
i haven't actually done bay to breakers in 5 years because i'm just too lazy (though i made a soft attempt during the rainy year), but one of my friends registered me this year for x-mas and so i'm determined to make it happen.
in the past, we used to park a car in sunset the night before and "bart to the start" the next morning. however, this year, we will be accompanied by a friend who hates running and wants to drop us off and meet us on the beach.
my question: given that parking is enough of a pain sat midnight, what will her options be on sunday morning at around 0830? money shouldn't be an option, but i don't recall seeing many paid lots out there and i would presume that demand shall be fierce.
