TSA Looseness
Today in ORD the premium security line behind UA checkin was quite long...only one machine operation so I got to watch the operation for quite a while and saw the scanner operator's head bobbing up and down frequently....eventually I saw that she was texting someone on her phone.....a co-worker was standing right next to her who could not have missed this.
