Assistance with trip plans...
Ok - I know I have been posting in delta forum but wanted to start a new thread with the overall idea and get some feedback...
I have enough miles to go first class free on delta and its partners...
I want to go to:
London
Paris
Berlin
I am coming from:
Atlanta
I am not the happy flyer type...
I am trying to figure out the best way to do this trip to maximize the free ticket but at the same time get the best results..
I have on hold Atl - Jfk - Heathrow (virgin atlantic upper class)
I want to ride the train somehow plus the chunnel train...
Any ideas? Ryanair offers a berlin-london for $9 bux but the seats are tiny i think.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Why don't you just forget Virgin, for one thing, they are not partners, so you'd have to purchase a ticket.
Fly with AF directly to Paris.
The seats are a little cramped on Air Berlin, but it is a short flight and for $ 9.- you cannot request a suite la Emirates
You might as well consider either a night train from Paris to Berlin or the high speed trains and back, then the train to London and either with DL direct to ATL or AF, LHR-CDG-ATL.
Have a good trip.
