What is the difference between a 757-300 and a 757-200?

Length and weight, mostly.

The 757-300 has four Exit Doors and two overwing exits per side, vs. three doors and two overwing per side for the 757-200.

Interior-wise the 753 has the 777-like interior.

Also the 757-200 was a great seller and is popular with passengers, crew, and even airport spectators for its great rate of climb. The 757-300 has none of these attributes, particularly annoying for passengers at the back waiting for ever to get out of the single door at the front.
