Help - what do i do

Help - what do i do
A while ago (1 yr at least) i was flying emirates air canada from karachi to toronto. I was downgraded from J to Q all the way from Dubai to Toronto (Emirates till London and then Air Canada). In London they didnt even let me in the lounge (yes they DENIED me entrance in the lounge with a business class ticket). They told me to "write" to them for a refund. Emirates gave the refund, but Air Canada still hasnt, and they keep telling me on the phone, that they can't do anything and that they will have to get back to me.... what should i do?

Also, I'd start communicating with Air Canada by writing. Write their executive offices if necessary.

i did... i wrote, and i even got a reply that we are processing your request... the flight was 3 summers ago August 31st 2002, so obviously writing isnt working, and this is just in my experience... but I see people who have help in their, it shouws that they have a question. for exmaple i rather read something that said help, then British Airways, because i would assume "Britsh Airways" is just for discussion... but ill try to be more informaitve next time
