Missing baggage in UAL
Don't know whether this is the right place to post this topic. I lost my baggage on UAL on Fri- 7th Jan. Still UAL has not traced my baggage(today is Tue 11th). How do I go on to file a claim. Somebody please help. The baggage claim representative is putting me on hold for hours.
