Finding nonstop flights

Does anyone know if there is a website that lists all the nonstop flights from each major airport? I know I can find the nonstops from the hubs fairly easily, but how can I find all the nonstops from IND, SMF, DSM, MCI, et. al.?

You might try the airport websites also the Star Alliance and Oneworld timetables both offer a feature that allows you to view the alliance's entire schedule for a day from any given airport.
