Does any website have "Dream Map" program that works and lets me input dates?
I want a website that will let me give them exact dates and a continent, perhaps, and it will tell me where I can go for X amount (e.g., under $500). Travelocity/Yahoo! Dream Maps were sort of like that except they don't handle exact dates, and the software doesn't really work anymore. Also they don't have South America.
