Overhead bin storage
Why is it that most passengers seem inclined to utilize the most space possible when storing items in the overheads, instead of trying to maximize efficiency as a courtesy to their fellow passengers? I am just amazed watching people store their rollerboards horizontally, when most of them will fit just fine wheels first.

Because no one challenges them.

How you can help: Open any closed bin until everyone has boarded. This will quicken the boarding process by allowing people to scan for available space.
