connecting between CDG Terminal 2F and 2C

Can anyone confirm that terminal 2F and 2C in CDG are connected (no need to go through passport control and custom)? Since they are both in Terminal 2 I think this is true. Thanks.

Not quite. They are part of the same terminal, but not directly connected. You can, however, do an airside transfer. There are buses that do the circuit of the terminals. You don't have to pick up your luggage (providing your carrier will check you through). If your next destination is a Schengen signatory country or domestic, then you'll have to clear a transfer passport control at 2F, as all these flights are treated as domestic. Customs for your hand luggage will take place at the same time, but customs for checked luggage only at the destination. If not, then there's no need to clear anything.

thanks for the reply, stut.

If I understand you correctly, I do NOT need to go through passport control or custom as I'm connecting between a flight from UK to a flight to China. am i right?

Correct, assuming your luggage is checked through (no reason why it shouldn't be).
