As I use BA as my preferred carrier I always go for the last row of Business (upstairs on the 747, 62A/K, or 64A/K)
Last time I flew coach was on UA and as per normal with the coach/window decision I plumped for a window seat even when flying transatlantic because the view is so interesting
and then regret it because I can't seem to release myself from the rigarmortis I seem to develop and so can't climb out for a walkround
