LOT Polish
Anyone flown LOT transatlantic? I am heading to Warsaw from Toronto soon and have the option of a direct flight on LOT or a stop in LHR or FRA on Air Canada followed by a connecting flight. The non stop really appeals to me, but I am not sure what LOT is like? Its a 762 aircraft. Any feedback about their service, reputation, etc would be helpful.

Haven't flown LOT but know a moderate about them. Their aircraft are all ok, had a big investment, guess, mid-90's. Some of the interior's a looking a bit tatty but then so are BA's so nothing there. Staff and service is generally good to very good. Are you travelling J or Y? If Y then doubt there is much in it. For J not familiar with AC's busniess offering. The LOT business seat on the 767's is, IIRC, 6 across, nothing special but functional.
I'd be tempted to go LOT, direct flights have far fewer chances of things going wrong and they aren't an airline I would go out of my to avoid.
