RTW in one, two, three.....
Has anyone ever done a RTW in one go before?
Specifically I'm contemplating:
DXB-JFK on EK
JFK-HKG on CX
HKG-DXB on EK
all in very quick sucession.
Any advice?

Once, with never a stop longer than 6 hours... I don't recommend it to anyone even in F. I have to add that it was not on a RTW ticket as these have a minimum stay. It was very tiring but paid off.

Not RTW but did fly continuously for almost 40k miles. Didnt bother trying to adjust time zones, made sure didnt overeat/over-drink, showered whenever I could, walked around heaps. Went pretty good.
