Trouble with ITA Software, Help!

I got an itinerary from ITA software and I wanted to book it through my travel agent. She said she did it in Sabre and sent it to United, but that she could not price it or get it or something. In fact here is eaxctly what she said, I couldn't decipher it all that well.

"I sent the itinerary I booked in Sabre over to United. I could not get it to price, so they could put it in, or explain to me why I cannot get it."

I found the itinerary last night and sent to my agent first thing this morning...

Any ideas? Solutions? thanks.

The only things I can thing of are:-
  1. Some itineraries/fares can't be auto-priced.
  2. Some auto-pricing engines work better than others.
  3. Somewhere along the line, a mistake was made - perhaps in a booking class for one sector?
All speculation, but there's many a slip twixt cup and lip.
