A plug for Briggs & Riley suitcases

My trusty five year old Briggs & Riley suitcase needed a "tune up" after our recent trip to South America. Three of the zipper pulls were gone and on one corner of the suitcase the zipper itself had become detached from the suitcase frame.

Dropped it off this past Friday afternoon at the luggage store where I purchased it since they have a repair shop on site. Today at lunch I picked it up. No charge. Good as new.

^ Gotta love Briggs & Riley! ^

After having a bad experience with TravelPro, I ponied up the extra bucks for a B&R tri-fold garment bag. Very happy so far. I kept looking for fine print that would get them to weasel out of repairs, like TravelPro. There is none. That's a company I can get used to doing business with.

Excellent to hear ^^^

I have one as well and am loving it. Can't believe how well it has been holding up not to mention how well it rolls. Geez, I guess it's safe to say I like everything about this bag
