Chicago - whats going on Jun 12-15th...?

Chicago - whats going on Jun 12-15th...?
Is there some major event going on in Chicago around these dates...???? Everybody on the hotel forums seems to be telling me that usual rates for one of the W's should be around $200, but the SPG website gives me $280ish rates only. Is there something big going on around this time...??? (June 12 - 15th).
