Leaving some information about the location (an address, a landmark, whether it's in BRU or a suburb, something) might help you get help.
If you want cheap (and if your hotel is in Brussels), you could probably take the train into the city from the airport and take a tram from one of the main stations (Nord, Zuid, etc.).
