Exclusive Resorts

Anyone have experience with Exclusive Resorts, LLC (http://www.exclusiveresortsllc.com)? They appear to be similar to a time share club (although you don't own a stake in the real estate). From what I gathered from the FAQ's on the web site, they own a number luxury apartments and homes in different resort and urban locations, and members share use of the places.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Sounds like super-timeshare (in my mind easy way to lose even more $).
