Remember that this is a LOOONNNNNNG flight and moving someone from an aisle to a window may not be as easy as on a short haul domestic flight.. even then.. people want their aisle seats

Why is the focus on the guy in the aisle seat? She should ask the person in the window seat next to her (or the middle seat next to her if it's four across) to trade for her husband's window seat. That would be much easier. Or ask the person in the middle seat next to her husband if it's possible to switch with her middle seat. I would be really reluctant to give up an aisle seat on a long flight and I would be extremely irritated if the person next to me made a pest of herself because I declined when there were other alternatives that could be considered.
