Cheap business-class fare to Ireland?

Cheap business-class fare to Ireland?
My grandmother wants to travel to Ireland sometime in February. She has some hip problems that make sitting for extended periods in a cramped space very uncomfortable for her. Economy class is not out of the question, fortunately, but business class/premium economy would be ideal. Regular business-class fares are exorbitantly expensive for her, but sub-$1500 would be tolerable. Does anyone here know where I would look to find such fares, if they even exist? Many thanks for any assistance.

Get on UA (if they fly to IReland, and use SWU's or sweetspots.
