I ran upon this website that offers real interview questions for pilots looking to be hired by airlines.
Extremely interesting read to find out what our pilots get asked and what they need to go through in order to be hired by a particular airline.
Some questions were no-brainers and it was interesting to find that some airlines don't test their pilots hard before hiring. That does explain a lot.
