Thanks Eastbay. I have enquired about the possibility of a tour with them. It looks like the weather over there is going to be beautiful. Rain has diminished, and temperatures are predicted to be mild. I can't wait. Have a great trip.

If you don't have it, they'll escort you to an ATM to get it.
The good news, if return visits are a possibility, is that the entry permit is good for as long as the passport it's in, and the fee (which matches what the US charges Chileans for visas, though it involves far less hassle) will probably go up during that time.
