please help

ok I'm looking for the best price for airline tickets to see my girlfiend I'm trying to go from lse to jax from 01/06/04 to 01/21/04 I am flexible but I can't seem to find a price under 260 I have spent over 20 hours trying but to luck I only get a couple of chances a year to see her so please if anyone can help me with an idea website or anything please help thanx

Hi Cujo, welcome to FlyterTalk. There are many people here who would be happy to help you out. However, it'd be helpful to us if you gave us an idea of where you've searched (websites, etc) so that we can give you ideas you may not have thought of.

to tell you the truth ive checked so many places I could not list them all I have looked to auctions,priceline,hotwire,many airline websites. Also almost all of the major deal finders like expedia or orbitz. I am at my wits end. I just need one good fare (hard to find when you work fastfood) btw thanx for the welcome

MKE-JAX is $215 roundtrip on Delta.

Is $260 THAT much? This time of year is always going to have high(er) fares... If I were you I'd book the cheapest you can get ASAP before they are all fully booked...

I agree with SCott,

That is actually a grat fare considering the small Lacrosse airport.

I would jump all over it... we know it wont be that low for long.

Must say I agree with the others about it being a really good price. All nearby airports (RST, ALO, MSP ... well not all that near) are in the same range ...

I'd take it!

According to Travelocity Lowest Economy/Coach Fares valid for travel through April 2004 is $244 + tax. I'd say unless a sale pops up - that's as cheap as it gets
