flightsavers seems like a ff mileage / coupon broker.
Imperial Consultants seems legitimate. I requested a few quotes from them before and talked to them on the phone. However, I never bought anything from them. I originally heard about this agency from the national news on a major US TV network (ABC/NBC/CBS).
