Crew vs Priority tags
Given that you can buy all kinds of crew tags online these days, I wonder if putting those on your bags instead of the priority tags airlines give you for elite status (e.g. CO) would get your bags treated any better. Or would they then be the last off the plane? :-)
Anyone ever tried this? Just curious...

Or might it get you arrested for "impersonating" an official airline crew member?
I know I would not try that in this day and age of security checks and enforcement.

Bags with crew tags are off-loaded and left planeside for crew members to pick up. Unless you have airline ID allowing you to venture planeside to claim your luggage, the tags won't help. They will actually hinder you since you can't claim them.

I doubt check-in agents would look kindly upon this. They may let go of leftover priority tags, but this would be pushing it.
