Ramadan in Istanbul

I will be in Istanbul early November. What should I expect during ramadan in terms of access to tourist sites, museums, restaurants, drinking, etc.?

Business as usual for most everything, in fact. Restaurants won't be doing brisk business during the day, but must do stay open, and you will see some people eating. Right after sunset anywhere there's food really comes alive - it's a party and everyone's invited! (Note that you may want to plan to have your evening meal right before sunset if you don't like crowds.)

About 4 AM noise starts as people get up and have their food before daylight.
