Air Ticket rules ease

In today's Sunday Tribune...some loosening of the rules. American will a year to rebook if non-refundable tickets are canceled before departure time, but with a penalty the remaining value of the ticket can be used. Continental followed suit. NOrthwest and Delta went one step further and will allow same even if not canceled in advance. United's change is for domestic flights only. US Airways has made no change. Fees have remained the same.
