JFK Transfer time T3 to T2
My non-US citizen friend is arriving at JFK T3 from PRG at 3:55pm on Sunday, and is scheduled to connect to a flight from T2 at 5:30pm. Can anyone offer me a guess as to whether he'll have any trouble making the flight? Thanks.

It all depends on how crowded the Immigration gets at that hour. T3 & T2 are inter-connected. If he has no checked baggage, then it might be tad easier. [ BTW I have not done such a thing since I live in the city, so had no need to interconnect]

Immigration is very crowded at that hour. It may be a bit dicey, especially if inbound is delayed at all...

I did a T3 to T2 international-to-domestic transfer last during the 'Summer of Hell.' Although it wasn't necessarily horrid for DL, it was still quite busy. I had a planned connection time of 3 hours. Delta recommends a minimum of 70 minutes for an international-to-domestic transfer at JFK between terminals 2 and 3. Your 95-minute time should be sufficient.
