name of tune

Sorry if this is off topic. I need to find name of jingle that goes like "you put your left foot in, you put your left foot out, you shake it all around. That's what it's all about..." It's like a line dance, and I vaguely recall the words boogie woogie or something like that. Anyone know the exact title of this song/jingle? If anyone really objects to my asking this question on FT, I could tie it in by saying that doing the jingle's action would be good for combatting DVT. Thanks.

Which raises the question:
<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">What if the Hokey Pokey is really what it's all about?</font>

Some sad news....

What with all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the
moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person
which almost went un-noticed last week.

Larry La Prise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Cokey" died peacefully at
age 93.

The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin.
They put his left leg in... and then the trouble started.

The funeral for Larry La Prise required particularly strong pallbearers as his will speifically requested that the casket be "shaken all about."

Believe it or not there's a website that'll find a tune as long as you can whistle it. I haven't tried it so can't vouch for it effectiveness.
