I haven't changed plans at all. It seems pointless, unless you were scheduled to fly to Beijing or Baghdad: Why would you be worried unless you were headed to "ground zero"?
I flew to Israel earlier this month, continue flying all my routes in the US, and haven't changed any of my international travel plans for the remainder of the spring and summer.

To answer your quesiton, I am working with a company who has for the time being put all travel to China on hold, due to SARS. Therefore my travel to Asia is on hold as well. However, travel within the U.S. and to other parts on the globe is done as usual, personally I will be in Europe next month.
