Giving in when asked

I am an occasional traveler for business. I spend about 50-75 nights away a year. At times, I have been approached by the opposite sex for more than just a drink. I guess I never thought too much about it until I realized that it happens more than what I thought is "normal". What do others do?

ARe you male or female? I'm a guy, and this *never* happens to me. And I spend more nights away from home than you do.

Geting miles for what? Am I misunderstanding your question?

You should be earning points/miles for the hotel room . . . and the room service champagne . . . and the flowers you will inevitably have to buy for your wife when she finds out . . . and the divorce lawyer if (s)he takes credit cards . . . .

Welcome to Flyertalk, Lobster1010

UpgradeMe's valiant attempt to make this thread about miles and points notwithstanding,

Since this topic really isn't about miles and points, and the MilesBuzz forum is for
<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Discussion of the latest frequent flyer program buzz... </font>
I'm going to move this thread over to TravelBuzz which is for
<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">If it's a travel topic worth talking about, it's likely in this forum. (non-frequent flyer program travel)</font>
Please follow this thread over there.

Face it - Lobster1010 is a chick magnet (oops - probably not a politically correct thing to say) - strike that - he's a babe magnet and you, while probably a real nice guy - aren't.

Do you want to "give in"? Are you looking for permission from FT?

Anyone who is i) Male and ii) Has never had this happen before should go on a business trip to Nairobi and try Floridas night club.

Having a drink in any hotel bar open to the public in some countries (including 5* hotels) will also quite often attract the attention of ladies of negotiable affection.

It sounds as if I am in a minority. I seek out this kind of inviting affection? Don't get me wrong, I am pleasantly suprised but none-the-less, still suprised.
