Advice/Suggestions/Tips Driving PIT-BUF

I have a trip planned and I will be renting a car and driving from PIT to BUF in early April. I will be leaving PIT on a Wednesday about 4:30pm to BUF. I will be leaving BUF on a Sunday about 10:30am back to PIT. Just looking for any traffic expectations, route tips, or any additional advice that would help me. Thanks!

I've driven that route many many times to Niagara Falls and beyond. It's a dull trip with rare traffic problems (maybe heading out of PIT, and some minor backups in Erie). As CBF said, if weather is not a factor then it's no sweat. I budget four hours to get to Niagara Falls. I always smirk that once you get into New York you immediately hit your first toll "Welcome to New York, now pay up!"
