Question re connection in Newark
I've booked two different airlines. I'll be coming from a Continental flight from Manchester England, making a connection to a Delta flight going to Atlanta. I'll have to pick up luggage and then make the Delta flight. I have a two-and-a-half hour layover and both airlines are in the same terminal, Terminal B. How dangerous is this? I booked it with credit card points, so I decided it was worth the risk. But now I'm worried. Anyone have experience?

That should be plenty of time. Even if you were changing terminals, 2.5 hours would be plenty, as there is a monorail connecting the terminals.

If you are on time and unless immigration is really backed up you will have plenty of time. Even if the lines are reasonably long, it probably won't be an issue.
