Business Class to Milan
We are traveling to Italy in September 2003. We are using Delta or Skyteam from PBI or Mia. The options are delta, air france or aitalia. Which one is the best?

Delta will have the more comfortable cabin, unless it is a 767. AZ would be a relatively close second, with their 767 having better seats than DL's.
Service-wise, I would say DL>AF>AZ, with all 3 airlines capable of producing a very pleasant or substandard flight.
A direct flight would be preferable to a CDG transit.

I'm flying on Alitalia to Milan (and onwards) from New York in Business Class. I'd say no to Air France, since they also have a First Class cabin and so your Business Class service might not be as good as it can be.
Delta is likely the best:
AF C-class pitch = 48"
AZ C-class pitch = 55"
DL C-class pitch = 60"
DL also offers codeshare service from ATL to MXP.
Edited to add: I've found no good AZ c-class reviews out there, so I'll review the trip when I get back in March.

I posted an Alitalia C class review last year for a JFK-FCO/MXP-JFK flight I took in 1997. I don't have the link, but it will be in archieves.
BTW, AZ calls their business class "Magnifica" and I thought it was pretty good.
